Husband and wife team Dan and Lorrie Baldwin launched L.A. Hydro-Jet & Rooter Service Inc.® with the specific intention of servicing the commercial and industrial markets. With over 23 years experience in the commercial and property management industries and a demonstrated understanding of the balance necessary in servicing the needs of both property owners (cost containment) and their tenants (fast, effective results), they have established a reputation based on honesty, reliability and integrity.

Lorrie Baldwin credits the company’s success to, “our ability to build partnerships with our clients by creating a positive customer experience. It is much harder to get a new customer than to take care of an existing one. We work to retain present customers by the quality of our service from the initial service call to the invoice.”

Headquartered in Tarzana, CA, L.A. Hydro-Jet & Rooter Service, Inc.® has over sixty (60) experienced technicians serving Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties. L.A. Hydro-Jet & Rooter Service, Inc.® technicians live in the communities they serve and are dispatched locally, providing faster response time and expert service – our response time is generally within 1 ½ - 2 hours.

From the initial service call, the courteous and knowledgeable office staff communicates with our customers to confirm arrival time, advise of any potential delays, and reassure the customer that a technician will arrive as quickly as possible.

If traditional snaking attempts are unsuccessful, we have additional options such as hydro-jetting, CCTV and if necessary repairing the line. Our customers recognize we’re going the extra mile and this builds a problem solving partnership with the customer.”
In addition to 24 hour Emergency drain cleaning services, L.A. Hydro-Jet & Rooter Service Inc.® offers quarterly, semi annual and annual Preventive maintenance service contracts for restaurants, hotels, hospitals, industrial and property management clients locally and statewide. Hydro-jetting Preventive maintenance eliminates chronic backup problems and prevents unnecessary interruptions and closures for commercial and industrial clients.
Dan and Lorrie Baldwin continue their support and commitment to Southern California’s commercial and industrial markets and currently serve as members of the Apartment Association of Orange County’s Product Service Council; and are also active in several other Southern California Apartment Associations as well as having served on various Apartment Association Boards of Directors.
